Our priority is to create a ✰✰✰✰✰ experience for you when shopping with us, making sure you are happy with your purchase and to love wearing your pieces of jewellery.
For any reasons if you are unhappy with an item or if it is faulty please notify us by sending email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the purchase and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation or refund you.
Please contact us for the relevant returns and customs information and return your purchase in all it's original packaging and we will refund your purchase minus shipping & handling fees as soon as we have received your item.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item reaches us safely so that we can process the refund.
We are unable to refund shipping and handling costs.
Custom's information for a return to the U.K.
Please contact us about completing the Customs Declaration form correctly when returning an item outside of the UK (please kindly email us first so that we can help you with completing the Custom's declaration form) as items arriving into the UK over a certain threshold and are marked as 'merchandise' can incur a customs and handling fee. In the case of a return, the item is not merchandise as it is a Return item sold from the UK and hasn't been purchased from your country so please make sure you fill this correctly otherwise we will have to deduct the customs and handling fee from your refund.
If an item arrives to you damaged (U.K & International Orders)
If an item (UK or International) arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so we can ensure this doesn’t happen again.
