Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Only Artisan piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting:

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us and we will advise on the next steps.


International Returns (Customs)

For returns from outside the UK, please contact us before sending your item so we can advise on correctly completing the customs declaration.

Returned items must be clearly marked as:

Returned Goods

Items incorrectly declared that incur customs or handling fees will have these charges deducted from the refund.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of:

• The item
• The packaging

We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Earrings & Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
